Condition Reports

All our items are described to the best of our knowledge and further information including a detailed condition report is available upon request.   Please be aware that any professional restorations that may have occurred to any piece in the past can be virtually impossible to detect and we cannot accept any liability for this.   Our pieces are all thoroughly checked and any defects or imperfections will be noted.  Images will also form part of the condition report so we would respectfully request that buyers are satisfied of the condition of the item prior to agreement.

In the unlikely event that there may be a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase, we must be notified of intent to return within 3 working days of receipt and the item must be returned back to us within 14 working days. Return postage must be via a trackable service with signature required and is at buyers own cost.  Upon receipt of item, a full refund will be issued.   All our items are marked for security purposes.

This allows you to submit your offer to us for consideration and if acceptable, we will advise you – usually within 24 hours.

UK Postage

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and a tracking number will always be provided.

International Postage

We are happy to ship our figures worldwide and can use various methods of shipping depending on location.

Our preferred method is Fed Ex, but we can also ship using Royal Mail International Signed For or Parcel Force World Wide.

We will always check upon point of order which would be the preferred method of choice.
