Our pieces are all thoroughly checked and any defects or imperfections will be noted. Images will also form part of the condition report so we would respectfully request that buyers are satisfied of the condition of the item prior to agreement.
In the unlikely event that there may be a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase, we must be notified of intent to return within 3 working days of receipt and the item must be returned back to us within 14 working days. Return postage must be via a trackable service with signature required and is at buyers own cost. Upon receipt of item, a full refund will be issued. All our items are marked for security purposes.
